Toolhouse is a digital marketing agency focused exclusively on medical and technology brands. We’re seeking a Digital Account Director that can drive the execution of a variety of online marketing initiatives, social media activities, and provide ongoing strategic/tactical advice to existing clients. Reporting to the President, you’ll be responsible for many day-to-day client activities and interactions. This includes helping to shape marketing strategy, assisting with needs definition, writing project briefs, managing scope and staying abreast of the client’s business and market landscape.

You need an in-depth knowledge of and — dare we say — passion about digital marketing, internet technology, social media and mobile. The job also requires a seriously service-focused mindset, and you need to thrive at managing details. A fair amount of travel is involved, so being able to get through a TSA security checkpoint unscathed will become a skill that you rely on frequently. Responsibilities

• Drive execution on a variety of digital marketing initiatives ensuring that they are on strategy, budget and within scope
• Provide ongoing strategic and tactical advice to clients on various digital marketing initiatives and continue to highlight Toolhouse’s value in the digital marketing space
• Maintain a current, in-depth understanding of the client’s business and market landscape and leverage that knowledge to inform the Toolhouse team
• Deliver exceptional service and relationship management to assigned Toolhouse client(s) – facilitating long-term, profitable growth and maximized client satisfaction
• Develop comprehensive project briefs and obtain client sign-off
• Assist the client with needs definition, the creation of various presentations and documentation, and assist with other project deliverables that are assigned to the client
• Participate in shaping marketing strategies and tactics that will be presented to the client for consideration
• Liaise with Toolhouse staff as a part of everyday project activities to assure Toolhouse is consistently meeting client objectives
• Coordinate with the client and their partners/agencies to manage expectations and ensure clear, timely communication

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years experience in a client-facing role at a digital marketing agency, or on a pharmaceutical brand team
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, its regulations and digital landscape
• 4-year degree – preferably with a specialty in Marketing
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (1-2 times per month)
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, Internet technologies, social media and mobile
• Ability to put together professional-looking documents and decks
• Strong presentation/public speaking skills
• Strong analytical abilities and the ability to carefully manage details
• Ability to work with a diverse range of personalities, while juggling multiple projects all at once
• Ability to focus and work under pressure during tight deadlines with humor, tact and professionalism
